Lanie hails from the small town of Jackson, Georgia, where her Christian faith and strong family values serve as the foundation of her life. From an early age, Lanie developed a passion for racing, but it is her faith that truly drives her both on and off the track. To her, racing is not merely about speed and competition; it is a platform to glorify God and make a meaningful impact in the world. 
 
Outside of racing, Lanie is actively involved in volunteer work. She frequently participates in events with the Boys and Girls Club of America, where she mentors children and helps them recognize their potential. Lanie also visits children's hospitals with her Rev Racing teammates, offering support and encouragement to those in need. 
 
She finds fulfillment in sharing her love for racing by coaching young drivers at the Cookout Summer Shootout at Charlotte Motor Speedway, fostering a sense of community and support. In addition to her racing and service, Lanie places a high priority on education. As she prepares to graduate from high school next year, she is dedicated to furthering her education in college while pursuing her racing ambitions.
